V Key Ranch Local Delivery Policy

We’re proud to bring Texas-raised beef straight from our family ranch to your home! V Key Ranch offers local delivery throughout Lytle and surrounding South Texas communities. Please review our delivery policy before placing your order.

1. Local Delivery Rates

We offer free local delivery on qualifying orders within our service area.

Delivery distance is determined by the distance from our store at 15126 Main St., Lytle, TX 78052, to your delivery address. Final delivery eligibility and fees will be confirmed by V Key Ranch.

2. Bulk Beef Delivery

Purchasing beef in bulk is a great way to stock your freezer and save on your family's beef supply.

Quarter, half, and whole beef orders qualify for free delivery within 50 miles of Lytle, TX.

For addresses beyond 50 miles, please contact us to discuss delivery availability and pricing.

3. Delivery Areas

Our delivery area includes Lytle and surrounding South Texas communities, including Natalia, Devine, Castroville, La Coste, Von Ormy, Atascosa, Somerset, Poteet, and portions of San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Delivery availability depends on your exact address and our scheduled delivery routes. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Delivery Scheduling

V Key Ranch delivers on scheduled route days to help us serve our customers efficiently.

MONDAY-Lytle / Natalia / Devine

TUESDAY-Castroville / La Coste / San Antonio

WEDNESDAY-Poteet / Somerset / Atascosa

THURSDAY-Bulk Beef/Special Deliveries

After placing your order, we will contact you with your expected delivery day and an estimated delivery window. Delivery times may vary depending on the route and number of deliveries scheduled.

We will do our best to notify you when your order is on the way.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

5. What If You're Not Home?

You do not necessarily need to be home to receive your V Key Ranch order. If you will be away, please provide clear delivery instructions when placing your order.

You may designate a suitable location, such as:

• A covered front porch

• A garage or other protected area

• A clean, insulated cooler with sufficient ice or another appropriate cold-storage option

Please ensure the designated location is accessible, secure, and suitable for receiving frozen or refrigerated beef.

Important: If you will not be home, we strongly recommend providing a suitable cooler or other appropriate cold-storage arrangement so your beef can remain at a safe temperature until you retrieve it.

6. Safe Delivery and Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable and have provided authorization and a suitable location, we may leave your order according to your instructions.

If no safe drop-off location is available, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, your order may be returned to V Key Ranch for safekeeping and delivery will need to be rescheduled.

Additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Please ensure your delivery instructions are accurate and that someone can retrieve the order promptly.

7. Unattended Deliveries

By authorizing an unattended delivery, you permit V Key Ranch to leave your order at the designated location you provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to follow your instructions and may send a delivery confirmation by text, including a photo when appropriate.

Once an order has been delivered to your authorized location, the customer is responsible for promptly retrieving it and placing it in appropriate cold storage. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
